Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless damage has occurred during transit, in which case you have 14 days to ship your item back to us. All returns must start with a return approval. Do not ship items back to us without a return approval.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send photos to anna@continuumventures.co
